A Fabulous Day For A Fundraiser | Menlo Park family photographer

It was a gorgeous day at Holbrook Palmer Park for our holiday mini sessions fundraiser for Empower Through Education (ETE). Reports of rain peppered the weather reports leading up to the day but we were lucky. The rain stayed away and the puffy clouds overhead gave us nice even lighting for most of the event. Ten families came out to support ETE’s efforts to raise awareness and funds for Central Asia Institute (CAI). (Greg Mortenson, the author of “Three Cups of Tea,” created this non-profit organization to build schools in remote areas of Pakistan and Afghanistan, particularly for girls.) ETE’s goal is to raise $50,000 in support of CAI’s mission and we were all happy to be part of their efforts. Thanks to all of the families for their generous donations and for participating in this mini photo session fundraiser. It was a pleasure meeting all of the families and catching up with old friends. Enjoy!

More to come…stay tuned….
